Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT product solution market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase technical capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecast future business trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or IT sales.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, or enterprise products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on negotiation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
