Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers and end-users within the Balikpapan area, focusing on IT product solution projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and positioning Harrisma as a trusted technology partner.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals for IT product solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized IT product and service proposals to clients, demonstrating clear value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new IT product developments to effectively position Harrisma's offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or project sales, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving new business acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of various IT products and solutions (e.g., hardware, software, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Residency or strong familiarity with the Balikpapan area and its business landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
