Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the Bintulu market.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct regular on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase Hilti’s superior technology.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the central support team to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Sarawak region.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for personal development and career advancement.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
