You will utilize a variety of canvassing techniques, including cold calling and direct visits, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. - Identify and research potential clients within the target market to generate new leads for Salesforce CRM software.
- Conduct effective cold calling and face-to-face canvassing to present product demos and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the technical division to ensure seamless integration of software solutions for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Track sales performance metrics and report regularly to management on pipeline status and forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or Account Management within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, with prior experience using or selling Salesforce highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
