- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts through strategic relationship building and solution selling
- Develop deep understanding of client business objectives to align Microsoft solutions with their needs
- Drive sales of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 products to meet quarterly targets
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless client implementations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Stay current with Microsoft product updates and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with SMB clients
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
