- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients through strategic relationship management

- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in sales/account management, preferably in banking/financial services
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios
- Strong problem-solving skills for operational administrative challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of SME market dynamics and banking products
