- Manage and expand client portfolio in Southeast Asia's oils and fats engineering sector
- Develop tailored technical solutions and commercial proposals for agribusiness clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction
- Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets through strategic account planning
- Maintain competitive intelligence on regional market trends and regulatory changes
- Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the agribusiness value chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agribusiness, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or account management within agribusiness/engineering
- Deep knowledge of oils and fats processing technologies and equipment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Southeast Asian markets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin language skills highly advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to present complex technical solutions
- Experience with CRM software and data-driven sales strategies
