You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, conducting market analysis and presenting tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients within the telecommunications and corporate sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential leads and business opportunities for colocation services.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, including ISPs and Telecommunication Operators.
  • Present complex technical and commercial proposals to decision-makers, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures to maximize profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of colocation and tower solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales approaches and stay ahead of the curve.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Telecommunications is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the IT infrastructure or telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of colocation services, data centers, and tower infrastructure is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high volume of sales activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
