As an Account Manager (Vertical Market Specialist), you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on developing deep relationships within specific industry verticals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in assigned vertical markets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning
- Understand client needs and provide customized AV solutions that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and regular sales performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new market segments within assigned verticals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators consistently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of AV technology, systems integration, and industry solutions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
