Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within assigned territory
- Present and explain hosting/cloud solutions to potential and existing clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues and deliver seamless service
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare regular reports on client feedback and market trends
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales role
- Strong understanding of web hosting and cloud services concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
