Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and introduce company healthcare services/products to potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Present product demonstrations and conduct effective sales presentations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and activity summaries
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or account management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable to territory)
