As an Account Officer, you will handle end-to-end account management, from conducting informative orientations for potential clients to ensuring accurate credit investigation and efficient collection processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive orientations for new and existing clients regarding loan products and financial services.
- Perform thorough Credit Investigation and Background Investigation (CIBI) to assess client creditworthiness.
- Actively promote and market company financial products to reach and exceed monthly growth targets.
- Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing delinquency.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and collection progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and account retention.
- Collaborate with the branch team to implement effective strategies for market expansion in the Laguna area.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (Finance, Marketing, Management, or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in lending, microfinance, or sales is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail during credit evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Must be willing to perform field work within the Santa Cruz and surrounding areas.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and professional ethics.
