As an Account Officer, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and financial solutions, specifically focusing on leaseback products involving house or shophouse certificates.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our loan portfolio by actively identifying potential customers, conducting professional field surveys, and ensuring that our financial services meet the specific needs of our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers for leaseback financing products (property collateral).
- Conduct thorough field surveys and site visits to evaluate client suitability and collateral authenticity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive portfolio growth.
- Prepare comprehensive credit analysis and reports based on survey findings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets set by the branch.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Collaborate with the collection and verification teams to ensure loan quality and risk mitigation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or finance is a plus.
- Possess a strong passion for field-based sales and meeting new people.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and strong analytical thinking.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Jakarta Selatan and surrounding areas.
