BFI Finance Indonesia is seeking a motivated Account Officer for our Jakarta Selatan 2 (Pasar Minggu) branch. In this role, you will drive business growth by conducting field visits to potential consumers requiring financing solutions with house/rukan certificate leaseback schemes. You will perform comprehensive property surveys to assess asset value and eligibility, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This position demands strong relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients while explaining financial products and processes.
As a key member of our sales team, you will maintain accurate client records, submit timely application documents, and collaborate with credit analysts to expedite approval processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to prospective clients requiring house/rukan leaseback financing solutions
- Perform comprehensive property surveys to evaluate asset value and condition
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Prepare and submit complete financing application documentation
- Coordinate with credit department to ensure timely processing of applications
- Meet monthly sales targets for financing product acquisition
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Pamulang area
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with personal vehicle (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
- Basic knowledge of property valuation and survey techniques
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
