As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for processing complex financial documents, conducting credit assessments, and coordinating with our legal and finance departments to finalize agreements. You will also be tasked with monitoring account performance, ensuring timely collections, and updating our client database. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the processing and evaluation of corporate lease and financing applications.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and prepare client profiles for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and lease agreements.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all documentation is compliant and complete.
- Monitor account status and facilitate timely collection of payments.
- Provide professional customer service to corporate clients, answering inquiries regarding their accounts.
- Update the internal database with new client information and account status changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate leasing, financing, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of financial products, loan documentation, and credit analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willing to be based in Davao and work full-time.
