Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential delinquencies.
- Execute comprehensive billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance of invoices and statements.
- Implement effective collection strategies, including direct communication with clients via phone, email, and letters, to recover outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and customer-centric manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment activities, and collection efforts within the system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, collection progress, and aging analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to resolve client issues impacting payment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations regarding credit and collection practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in accounts receivable, credit and collection, or a similar financial role, preferably in real estate or banking.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and collection procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
