Astra Insurance is seeking a dynamic Account Officer to drive our Garda Oto insurance sales in Banjarmasin. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our customer base by presenting tailored insurance solutions, building lasting client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Garda Oto insurance products to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Process insurance applications and assist customers with claim documentation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or automotive sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
