Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Actively promote BFI Finance's financial products and services to meet sales targets
- Conduct thorough credit evaluations and risk assessments for loan applications
- Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation for loan processing and approvals
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to minimize delinquency rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Participate in branch activities to achieve business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, finance, or sales (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital banking systems
- Ability to work in target-driven environment with KPI focus
- Willingness to be based in Pamulang, Jakarta
