Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market, promote, and cross-sell the bank's personal lending products to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.
- Identify prospective clients, establish strategic partnerships, and cultivate strong professional relationships with borrowers.
- Conduct comprehensive credit investigations, background checks, and financial analyses on loan applicants to assess risk.
- Present detailed credit proposals and risk assessments to the Credit Committee for timely approval.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all loan applications in compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of the personal lending portfolio and coordinate with the collections team to manage past-due accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless loan application experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of solid experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on personal loans, retail lending, or credit evaluation.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and local banking regulations (BSP guidelines).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close accounts.
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and portfolio KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the Makati and wider Metro Manila market demographics and consumer needs.
