- Drive the generation of home loan and mortgage business through proactive sales strategies and networking.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
- Prepare and process mortgage loan applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate partners, developers, and referral sources.
- Collaborate effectively with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals.
- Monitor market trends in the Philippine real estate and financial sectors to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, mortgage banking, or financial services sales.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan qualification criteria, and financial regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
