- Conduct thorough credit evaluations to assess the financial standing and creditworthiness of potential clients
- Prepare and present comprehensive loan packaging documents that highlight client strengths and repayment capacity
- Manage and maintain a diverse loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing risks
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the loan portfolio
- Monitor loan performance and implement strategies to address potential delinquencies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in credit evaluation, loan processing, or sales in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial statements and credit risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and loan management software
- Knowledge of banking regulations and credit policies in the Philippines
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
