Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively selling and promoting Astra Insurance products to potential clients and existing policyholders.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Processing new insurance applications, conducting risk assessments, and issuing policies accurately.
- Providing exceptional after-sales service, including claim assistance and policy renewals.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to travel within the Padang area for client meetings and business development.
- Familiarity with insurance concepts and regulations is a plus.
