Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing debtors and potential customers.
- Monitor and manage daily account activities to ensure timely payments and compliance with terms.
- Conduct field visits to build rapport and resolve client inquiries or issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze financial documentation and prepare reports on account performance for management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline account management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or debt collection, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for field operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high level of professional integrity.
