Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and develop new business for Teacher's Loan products in the assigned area
- Conduct thorough credit assessment and evaluation of loan applications
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit loan documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and implement strategies to maintain asset quality
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide financial counseling and education to teachers regarding loan products and financial management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in consumer lending, sales, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly consumer loans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking systems
- High ethical standards with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within Dumaguete City and surrounding areas
