Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for generating and soliciting consumer loans, primarily Teachers' Salary Loans, to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. You will maintain and grow a portfolio of quality loan accounts by ensuring timely collections and conducting regular monitoring. Your duties will include conducting client interviews, evaluating loan applications, and preparing necessary documentation. You will also promote and cross-sell other bank products to maximize client relationships. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing, with at least one year of experience in sales or banking. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work in Lucena City and be ready to engage with the local community of educators.

Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and solicit consumer loans, specifically Teachers' Salary Loans, to achieve business targets.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of quality loan accounts by ensuring timely collections and monitoring.
- Conduct client interviews and evaluate loan applications to ensure creditworthiness.
- Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and submit loan reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to expedite loan processing and approval.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, loan processing, or banking, preferably in consumer lending.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Lucena City.
