Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for influencer marketing finance? Akasha Wira International is seeking a dedicated Account Payable (Admin Payment KOL Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this specialized role, you will bridge the gap between finance and marketing operations, ensuring seamless payment processing for our influencer collaborations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and understands the nuances of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) payment workflows. You will play a critical role in maintaining healthy relationships with our content creators by ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of fees while maintaining strict accounting standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payment process for KOLs, influencers, and creative partners.
- Verify KOL invoices, contracts, and proof-of-work documentation before processing payments.
- Reconcile KOL payment records with marketing campaign budgets and ledger entries.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to resolve payment-related queries and billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations regarding service payments.
- Maintain an organized database of vendor/KOL payment history and tax documentation.
- Prepare weekly or monthly financial reports detailing KOL expenditure and outstanding balances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Payable or finance administration.
- Familiarity with KOL/Influencer marketing industry processes is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising between finance and external creative partners.
