Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are verified, coded, and processed timely.
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system with high accuracy.
- Prepare weekly/monthly payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement to suppliers.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account statements professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21/23).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Payable staff or similar finance role for at least 1-2 years.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Willing to be based in Badung, Bali.
