Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic environment? Veda is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Payable Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial health by ensuring the accuracy of our payables, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring strict compliance with local tax regulations.

You will work closely with our finance department to drive operational excellence and support our closing processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Verify, code, and process vendor invoices with high precision and in accordance with company policies.
- Manage the end-to-end payment cycle, ensuring all disbursements are made accurately and on time.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the general ledger reflects current liabilities.
- Handle tax-related documentation and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh, VAT/PPN).
- Prepare detailed aging reports and assist the finance team during monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies or payment inquiries.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and schedules as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Account Payable or general accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/26, PPN).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
