Domino's Pizza is seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Payable Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and data entry.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are properly authorized and match purchase orders or contracts.
- Perform weekly and monthly payment cycles, ensuring all payments are processed on time.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or outstanding payment queries promptly.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track and approve expense reports.
- Prepare periodic accounts payable aging reports for management review.
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities and bank reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the retail or F&B industry is considered a strong plus.
