Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing.
- Review and approve all vendor invoices for proper coding, authorization, and supporting documentation.
- Manage end-to-end payment cycles, including bank transfers, checks, and digital settlements in compliance with payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior finance staff to ensure team performance goals are met.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and prepare detailed AP aging reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure efficient procurement-to-pay workflows.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Xero, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage high-volume transactional data.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
