Multi Viscomindo is currently seeking a diligent Account Receivable (Finance Staff) to join our Bandung team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and seamless invoicing cycles.

You will play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong financial relationships through systematic credit management and reporting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including timely generation and delivery of invoices to clients.
- Process and record bank receipts accurately to ensure precise ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate credit notes and resolve billing discrepancies with internal departments and external clients.
- Perform routine account reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are balanced.
- Prepare comprehensive A/R aging reports and present key metrics to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitor customer credit limits and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar Finance Staff role.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP accounting software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Disciplined work ethic with the ability to meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships professionally.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
