As an Account Receivable specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's financial health by efficiently managing outstanding invoices, processing payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information and payment records
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies with clients
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection performance
- Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to resolve payment-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
