Nobel Riggindo is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely collections, managing customer credit accounts, and maintaining accurate billing records within our SAP environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong grasp of accounting principles. You will be responsible for streamlining our receivable processes, minimizing aging accounts, and providing excellent support to our internal stakeholders and external clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection activities.
- Utilize SAP systems to maintain accurate financial records and generate timely aging reports.
- Analyze customer credit history and recommend credit limits to minimize financial risk.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard accounting procedures.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control.
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
