Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment collection.
- Reconcile daily sales and payment records from the restaurant floor to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and execute timely follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports for the management team.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and digital records in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies or queries promptly to maintain positive vendor and client relationships.
- Support the finance department during audits and tax preparation tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced MS Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and data reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle professional correspondence.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality regarding financial data.
