Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients according to established schedules
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and communicate with clients regarding payment status
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with sales teams to address billing issues and payment concerns
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
