Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing in compliance with company policies.
- Proactively manage collections to ensure timely payment receipt and minimize outstanding balances.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve billing inquiries and reconcile account discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations departments to streamline the end-to-end billing cycle.
- Prepare periodic reports on AR status, collection progress, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and general ledger reconciliations related to receivables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an Account Receivable or general accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
