Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of financial products and services to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Provide comprehensive support and assistance to new and existing members regarding account inquiries.
- Conduct professional presentations and outreach activities to attract potential new members.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and account updates in the database.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application and account management process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking/lending institutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team objectives.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Cagayan Valley region as required.
