Public Safety Savings and Loan Association Inc. is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Account Representative to join our growing team in La Union. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and providing exceptional service to our members across La Union and select areas of Ilocos Sur.
As an Account Representative, you will be the face of our organization. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our members receive the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing members within the assigned territory of La Union and Ilocos Sur.
- Provide comprehensive product consultations, ensuring members understand the benefits and terms of our financial services.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial lead generation to successful account onboarding.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales performance reports, including market feedback and competitor analysis for branch management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing responsive, professional, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service (financial services experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the La Union and Ilocos Sur areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic data management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Local Dialect.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
