Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients to expand our member base in the Nueva Ecija area.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding financial products, loans, and savings services offered by the association.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage accurate sales reports, activity logs, and performance tracking documents for management review.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct field activities to build brand awareness and maintain strong relationships with existing members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless application processing and member onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and sales activities effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-player mindset.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and professional ethics.
