Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop client relationships to drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
- Process loan applications and savings accounts with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Educate customers on the various savings and loan products available at the association.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and account statuses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or banking (preferably in Nueva Ecija).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus for local client visits.
