Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell savings, loan, and other financial products to clients in Valenzuela and Bulacan areas
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service
- Manage sales pipelines and prepare detailed performance reports for leadership review
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and association policies
- Train clients on digital banking solutions and product features
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Valenzuela and Bulacan
- Knowledge of local financial markets and customer preferences
