We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our growing team in the Cebu Office (Lapu-Lapu Areas). Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily sales activities and meet or exceed monthly sales targets for savings and loan products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process, including document verification and client coordination.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
- Conduct financial product presentations and product knowledge sharing with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in the overall management of the branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or banking (fresh graduates with relevant coursework may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Willingness to work in Lapu-Lapu City and nearby areas.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
