Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate and individual sectors.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and service packages tailored to client needs.
- Process rental agreements, manage documentation, and coordinate vehicle handovers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and fleet availability.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or rental industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Valid Driver’s License is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
