Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our innovative technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Close deals and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitive intelligence to the product and marketing teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and signing.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the AEC or Technology sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated "hunter" attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license (required for client meetings and site visits).
