Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for semiconductor manufacturing equipment within an assigned account portfolio.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Coordinate closely with internal product marketing and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for client technical challenges.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations and manage multi-layered stakeholder relationships within wafer fabrication plants.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, maintenance contracts, and innovative process solutions.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to provide actionable insights for internal strategic planning.
- Ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to maintain long-term customer loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the semiconductor, wafer fab, or high-tech manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of wafer fabrication processes, thin film deposition, or etch technologies.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value capital equipment accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value to both engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting methodologies.
