- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Source, screen, and match qualified candidates to client requirements
- Drive successful placements by coordinating interviews and offer negotiations
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to recruitment metrics
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales or recruitment targets
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of various industries and talent markets in the Philippines
