Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting functions for the automotive business, focusing on service, parts, and sales transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring they comply with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation as required.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for easy access and audit compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding billing inquiries and financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations is highly preferred.
