We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As an Account Support Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling complex inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and implementing strategic account plans. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high customer retention rates while identifying opportunities for account growth and development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive customer engagement and growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate customer records
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or customer service
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the Call Centre or Customer Service industry is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
