Tanggung Jawab
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding account status, billing, and general support via phone, chat, or email.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal database system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify and implement service improvements.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to provide efficient and accurate information.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates and college undergraduates or graduates.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced call center environment.
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends if necessary.
