Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product/service features, helping them maximize their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, actively participating in training and team meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or support role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Flexible to work on various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- At least a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
