Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product/service features, helping them maximize their experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, actively participating in training and team meetings.
  • Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or support role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Flexible to work on various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • At least a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
